This years Utzon(x) Summer School focuses on new tectonic dimensions. The summer school plays with, studies, builds and discusses the manufacturing of the environment for humans through parametric design, robotic design and human design. The workshop is intended as an open explorative process across 9 days that introduces the participants to design systems in relation to making, thinking and evaluating design proposals, leading to the building of a large 1:1 prototype installed in the Utzon Center courtyard.
15 May : Deadline for submitting letter of interest (200 words)
15 June : Notice of acceptance is sent out.
20-28 August : Summer School in the Utzon Center, including the robotic making of a 1:1 architectural prototype
